How does a customer feel when you don't have a product they are expecting you to have?

Sometimes, customers come to our businesses and they want to buy a particular product. They expect you to have that product, and maybe you are out of stock.

They always feel so disappointing and sometimes stranded? That is why we must learn to optimize our inventory in our business.
 
In cases like this, it's normal for them to feel disappointed, and if care is not taken, they can look for some place else and not come back again.
 
I experienced it being a customer, and I felt bad for not seeing the products I need to buy so I walked out and went to the nearest business center. It's better to always check the availability of the products to avoid customer displeasure.
 
Some customers would just begin to think that you are not serious with the business when it is an obvious product that you shouldn't have any excuse not having.
 
It is frustrating and disappointing. There is one particular store i use to go buy noodles. They use to have the type i use to like. But one night i want to buy the noodles, they said it have finished. I was disappointed and i have no option but go to another shop . Since the incident, i don't go to the shop again to buy things .
