How frequently do you replace your home's water filter?

Even though every multi-apartment complex includes water filters, each home has a unique procedure for changing the filter to maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the water. Although I am aware that a single filter has a 10,000 liter capacity, I am unable to determine the entire quantity, so I usually replace it every two months.

We don't use water filters where I live, we drink directly from the tank, but we always ensure we wash the tank form time to time to keep the water clean.
