How is Yoga activity beneficial to the body?

To be honest, i never tried any yoga activities in my life, i don't think my body fits for yoga exercise, and i have a fear that if i try any yoga activities my muscles will tear up.
Okay then you can skip the exercise if you don't feel like it
 
I tried yoga once and liked it. I think I should do it again because it is beneficial to our mind and body. It can help improve blood circulation and lower stress levels in the body. Additionally, it is good for our mental health.
