How Long Does It Take You To Build a Website?

Depends what you want make. I build my for several months since I done everything from scratch. None plugin for Wordpress didn't have options I wanted.
For me there are some complex websites that require a lot of time to build
One can easily create a website in less than an hour. I am looking forward to getting back into blogging. I have already started using a free blogging platform and plan to acquire a domain and hosting for my website later.
It is amazing how content management systems has made creation of sites less cumbersome. It used to take a really long time to create sites back in the days.

It depens on the quality and complexity of the websites. Simple website may take few days to become fully functional. We have advanced sites which you must need the help of professional programmers.
I don't own a website so don't know much about it but I think it depends on the type of website you want to build.

Yes, it depends on complexity of websites, but with CMS anything can be built without seeking help from programmers.
I have never personally built a website so i do not really know how long it would take to build one.
