How long on the day do you spend on the social media?

Before l got to know about the paid to post forums, l spent much of my time on the social media. However l now spend less than thirty minutes on the social media due to the limited time that l am running of.

I normally spend about an hour on TikTok. However, it depends on the circumstances. LOL. When I am not working, I spend my time watching educational videos on TikTok.

l too spend less than thirty minutes on a single day. This is because l have some assignments to do online tasks on different social media sites that's why l must log on to social media sites almost everyday.

I don't spend much time on weekdays, but it sometimes distracts me from work. About half an hour in the morning, half an hour at lunch and half an hour in the evening

I do not have a specific period of time though, it mostly depends on what I am doing. Most times I don't even spend up to an hour on social media per day. Then there are days I spend more than this.
