How many people are you employing in your business?

One of the goals of entrepreneurship is to help reduce the unemployment rate in a country. That's because it is expected that every business should grow to a point that it can employ one or two persons.

How many staff do you currently employ in your business? Are you planning to employ more soon?

I no longer have an active business, but I used to have a food truck. It wasn't very successful, but I only had one employee and I was helping him because I didn't have enough money for one more person

I think a lot of businesses would need assistance. So one just have to look at the profit of the business to know the number of people to employ.

At the moment none. My business is still very small and can actually function without others for now. Besides I don't have enough resources to pay others, so I mostly do the work myself. With time though I might start hiring.

That's the best idea it is good to bring in people when you really need them. But it is good to have employees when there's heavy workload

Yes that's true, like when am not in town and I need to deliver some things to a customer, I usually hire someone to help me do this.

I think every business is operated according to the size and the scale of business. For me l have a very small business that l can comfortably run by myself without the need of someone's help. However the size of the business workforce is determined by the business needs.

That's right that how to go about it so that you don't disappoint your clients. Employment is better if you have more jobs

In my business, when I have excess order to deliver already processed chickens, I make sure I call in boys to help me with the processing. Besides that, I have one standard staff and one occasional staff.

I am in a partnership offline business and we are a total of four people at the moment I am responsible for operations and logistics and I am required to move out of town very frequently. The other thing is that we are not there yet to give ourselves standard emoluments.

It is great that some businesses can create job opportunities for a large number of people. As for me, I do not have a physical business yet.
