How Many Times Do You Take a Break in a Day?

Taking a break in between our jobs/chores is important so we won’t feel burned out. I am quite lucky that I can take a break several times a day because my job is online. I can watch 1 episode of a TV series in between or sleep for an hour or two. How about you?

I only take a break during snacks and lunchtime and in the evening. But it's our Christmas vacation now and will resume work on January 3. I have two hours break in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.

Well at work we do have lunch break then I do relax at home I do take breaks but I do not take long breaks because then I lose motivation to work
