How much do hackers charge for their services?

Government employees who have cheated, exploited and robbed me for 15 years are hiring hackers to hack almost all my devices, including instagram account. Does anyone know how much the hackers are charging for their services?

How could we know about the hacking services fee. That's a crime against humanity. It's not happening here. But the website of the university where I work was hacked by a former university ITprofessor. He was removed from his position as the chairman of the IT Department. He based his hacking rampage in the USA. But he was tracked by the FBI and was repatriated to my country to serve his crime. He was sentenced for 15 years in prison and to pay the university which is owned by the national government a moral damage worth 1 million pesos.
