I think that depends on the mutual agreement of the couple. Some husbands give his wife almost all of his salary. Just keep some for his daily expenses. There are others who give about 50% of his salary to his wife.
I think this always depends on the income of the family and the kindness or generosity level of the husband. So they get paid according to how the husband wants it.
It is good for partners to support each other financially. But I am not the kind of person that can be a housewife and be getting hand-outs from hubby.

There is no specific amount when it comes to this aspect. It mainly depends on the husband and how much he chooses to give based on his salary.

It depends. Some husbands contribute 25%, 50%, or even 100% of their earnings to their wives. I know a man who gives his wife 100% of his salary, despite the fact that the wife has an online job. She is truly blessed.
I really don't have to pay my wife for now because l already paid her father the dowry. I think some people pay their wives though l don't have the idea about how much they pay them.
