How much would it cost to replace my laptop battery?

One of the components of laptops that keep on depleting are the batteries. And they always get to the point that they don't even sustain more than 30 minutes. Such laptop batteries need replacement.

How much can one use to replace a laptop battery now?

As at my last check some few years ago, a laptop battery cost about 15 dollars. I am sure that it would be costing around 20 dollars now.
