How often do you try a new crypto exchange or wallet?

I am not someone who I very comfortable when it comes to try new exchanges or wallets. Even though I have accounts on over a dozen exchanges and wallets I only use a handful if them. I don't usually sign up with new services, I do not like to use lesser known platforms.

I don't change crypto wallets randomly. Since my journey in crypto, I have only tried and used only two crypto wallets and exchange.

I already have many local and global crypto wallet and exchange accounts, so currently I will not add accounts that I cannot possibly use all of them, I will only add wallet accounts if they are really needed, such as new coins, or tokens that are only available on certain exchanges.

I do use new wallets, more or less every couple of months I try a new wallet, but exchanges I have only 1 centralized exchange that I use, and I use it too little...

I have realized that there are so many types of exchanges that offer the same services in different ways and costs. Some other exchanges would offer more appealing features than others.

I stick with one crypto exchange as long as it keeps working. I have been using Binance ever since till they had issues with the government.

I think there is harm in trying out other exchanges especially when there are some deals that you couldn't afford to miss out like free tokens on sign ups among other user bonuses.
