No matter what kind of marketing you are doing, it is very important ro folllow uo your target audience. Following up too little puts you in the risks of losing prospects; hiwever, too much follow uo can also annoy them. How do you time your emails or retargeting messages to guide leads down the funnel without turning them off?

I don't always followup my customers for my online business. They might be annoyed and get irritated. I just post some tricks to alarm their back, I also observed some came back with a new order. It's not advisable to keep on reminding them.

I think the best thing to do would be to study the said client, are the the type that would entertain constant reminder or not? This would determine how you interact.

Tracking customers is like cooking ugali, you must know the right time, if you are late, the food will spoil, if you rush, you will burn the pot. Email or retargeting must have a rhythm like music, don't attack them every day because they will tire you out, and don't waste too much because they will forget your brand. The best way is to measure engagement. If you see someone opening frequently, give them fresh content. If you see they don't respond, reduce the pressure. This is a game of reading mood and sending when your customers are ready to listen.
