I have a large number of websites and adding or removing ad code can be a very time-consuming process with login to each website. Is there any way to simplify this process of ad code addition and removal?

What software are you using? There should be a template where you should be able to do with ease or you can code it directly into your index file.
I am also curious to know if there is a way to simplify the whole process of ad addition and removal.

If you have manually added ad codes I do not think there is one click solution to remove your ad codes.
