For me l don't think that it's even professional to cheat the consumers through making of the misleading promotional and marketing strategies for the business to gain. This is however very unfair in my country and the perpetrators are subjected to the court of law for the judgement.

But as a consumer, we have to be vigilant and alert to not fall for any of their traps. Don't fall for their convincing skills.
