Doom Spending refers to the behavior of GenZ who like to shop impulsively which is characterized by excessive spending on items that they don't really need. Doom spending is often done as an escape from stress, anxiety, heartbreak, broken home, etc. If doom spending is not immediately controlled or overcome, it will have a negative impact on finances in the future as well as on the mentality and behavior that has become their daily habit, so how do you avoid/overcome doom spending?
