Checkmating a financial problem is all about finding a solution that completely solves the issue, leaving no room for it to return. It is like playing chess with your finances. There are steps to help you checkmate your financial problem: Identify the problem. The first step is to understand what you're dealing with. What is the specific financial issue you are facing? Is it debt, low savings, unexpected expenses, or something else? Get organized. Once you have identified the problem, it is important to gather all the relevant information. Track your income, expenses, debts, and assets to get a clear picture of your financial situation. Create a budget. A budget is essential for managing your finances. It helps you track your income and expenses, identify areas where you can cut back, and plan for your future.

Further, prioritize your income. If you are struggling to make ends meet, consider ways to increase your income. This could involve getting a second job, starting a side hustle, or asking for a raise at your current job. Also, build your emergency fund, and seek professional advice.

Always remember, taking control of your finances requires discipline, patience, and a willingness to make changes. With a plan and a positive mindset, you can checkmate any financial problem you face.

Many people try to overcome financial problems by minimizing expenses as little as possible, I have met many people who eat thin rice or porridge, and prevent wasteful living, be disciplined in saving. I think it would be more important if they increased their income with side hustles and investing.

I agree with you on that. I also see peo[le here eating that way porridge to save. But it is also not good to eat [orridge three times a day the human body needs nutritious foods. It is good to eat porridge only in the evening because the body is not stressed while asleep.

I am currently facing financial issues - not to mention that I am still paying my monthly amortization for the house I got 3 years ago. I still have more years to burn but I hope I can fix my financial situation little by little until the only payment I am doing is the house amortization. I need to organize more so I can spend less.

I understand your situation. It is not easy if you are paying something monthly. But what you are sacrificing to pay now will become yours after you fully paid your housing amortization.

One can check mate his financial problem by tracking the root cause of that financial failure. It might be his overspending. It's best to decide smartly before doing an act that could harm the savingngs. Prioritize only needs over wants.
