Just like offline businesses, online businesses are also being saturated and because of fierce competition, it is really difficult to survive. In a situation like this, how do you compete. Well, the answer is try local market. You may not be able to compete with giants like Amazon or eBay, but you can compete with small local ecommerce stores. If your national market is saturated, target specific cities or regions. Focus on selling locally often leads to quicker success.
