Some of the larger tech and internet companies are extremely vicious in criminally defaming small online businesses to ruin their reputation, making fake allegations without proof. The small business is never given the opportunities to defend itself. What is the best way to deal with these fake rumors and ensure that they do not affect the small business?

If defamation by larger companies seriously damages your name and brand, of course you can issue a summons to court, of course you have to hire a lawyer to make the court process easier, don't forget to save all evidence of defamation via video, social media, etc.

You are right
Defamation can tarnish a company's image so we gotta be fast about it

If you're a smaller company that has been defamed by a larger company, there are a few things you can do to deal with the situation. First, try to resolve the issue directly with the larger company. If that doesn't work, consider consulting with an attorney to see if you have any legal options. You may also want to reach out to the media to get your side of the story out there. Finally, focus on building up your own reputation by providing high-quality products or services and cultivating positive relationships with customers and other businesses.
