How to get a refund if a promise is not kept?

A marketing company had promised to sell time share rentals within 6 months or they would refund the membership fee they charged. Now after 6 months, they have not sold any time share rental and have also not refunded the money? What is the best way to get a refund from the company, I have already emailed them?

You can wait out to see their response since you have emailed them. Give them time to get a feedback from them

If there is no written agreement, I don't think there is much you can do cause there is no evidence to back up your claims so it might be hard. The best thing would be to just wait it out abit.
