Every structured organization always has junior staff and senior staff. What we see many times is always junior staff striving against the senior staff. How can junior staff be managed to avoid clashes with the senior staff?
 
In my opinion, I feel there's no need for staff clashes and strifes amongst colleagues. Everyone should relate without having a biased mindset that could lead to strife. There should be equity amongst staff of every organization even as they maintain respect amongst themselves.
