It is paramount to retain your customers as they can help your business succeed. Some of the things you can do to retain your customers are: Address customer concerns immediately, give after-sales support, build stronger relationships by giving personalized communications, give rewards, engage with the community, and provide free resources. Anything else you want to add?
 
One way to retain your customers is to show that you care, from time to time check up on them. Not every messages should be about business or your latest products.
