What you need to always get your daily tasks completed isenough energy. The higher your energy level the more tasks you can accomplish. So how can you keep your energy levels high. Try and be getting some Light breakfast before leaving home Drink plenty of fluids through put the day. Eat energy-giving foods. Take a break from Energy sappers.
 
By having proper sleep the night before. Also, by eating healthy and drinking lots of water. Going out to get some Vitamin D can be of help, too.
Yeah taking enough water and eating healthy meals will help you to get your energy high the whole day.
