How to use voice over to make money

Is they anyone that is using voice over to make money.I've been thinking of leveraging my voice for some extra cash, Do you need a professional setup or can you start with basic equipment?

In my experience, many people believe that to make money with voiceovers you need a professional studio from day one, but that's not the case. Personally, I think the most important thing at the beginning is to have a clear voice, good diction, and the discipline to practice. The interesting thing is that with a decent USB microphone and a relatively quiet space, you can already start working on small projects, such as narrations for videos, independent audiobooks, or local announcements. For me, the most relevant thing is that professionalism is built over time: as you generate income, you can reinvest in improving your equipment, such as a condenser microphone, audio interface, and acoustic treatment. Ultimately, I think the essential thing is to start with what you have, demonstrate your talent, and then scale up. The market values the quality of the performance more than the luxury of the initial setup.
