How true that money cannot buy happiness?

It will be wrong to say that money cannot buy happiness. How could one be happy without money. You will not be saved from your sickness without money. Money is essential, thud, having it, one will be happy and secured.
There are people that have money and lack happiness because all their kids have turned wayward. Money is not the only variable for happiness.
Happiness is a state of the mind. Some people are rich but they don't know what happiness is all about. Extreme poverty is bad but it can not be compared to unhappiness that comes with wealth gotten from bad source.
It is very true that money can't buy happiness in general. But in certain contexts, money can actually buy happiness.

When there is no money, there is no happiness. There could be other related sources of happiness, money not involved. but mostly, humans as we are, we need money, and without it, there is no happiness. Life will be miserable and in significant trouble.
The presence of money and financial resources makes everything easier. And that can make one happier.

Those who keep on saying that money cannot buy happiness might have also their own significant reasons. In my case, I am happy when there's money. I can buy what I want and save too.
But truth be told this is just it. You can't buy true happiness with money. it had to be naturally endowed with no condition attached

Money can't buy happiness but you can't buy your medicine without, thus, making you feel miserable and helpless. I strongly agree that money can buy happiness. You will have peace of mind when there's always money.
Money can buy things that could bring you comfort but money cannot buy true happiness. You cannot buy good character in the market. One must work on building good and sustainable values that can generate genuine peace and happiness.
