According to the report, the Israeli military says warplanes hit air defence systems and other targets in southern Syria to eliminate “future threats.” The IDF added that “headquarters and military sites containing weapons and military equipment belonging to the Syrian regime” were also hit.
Tel Aviv said that “the presence of these assets in southern Syria poses a threat to the State of Israel and to IDF operations "Earlier, Syrian state media reported multiple Israeli air strikes in the southern province of Daraa on the night of March 10.
Meanwhile, Israel’s foreign minister Gideon Saar called Syria’s new rulers as “jihadists” even if some wore suits. Israel will not allow the emergence of a “security threat on its border with Syria and will take all necessary measures to prevent it", Saar said. Saar also called on the international community to come to “senses” and stop “granting free legitimacy to a regime whose first acts are these atrocities.”
These rebels are stubborn. They better live in peace by not participating in war which they lack the capacity to overthrow Israel which is backed by the USA.
