I know some persons just don't know how to hurt another person. They can't say No to a fellow human like them. It is not a bad attribute. But such people should not get involved in business. They won't succeed with that posture.

Agree. If you are offered a bad deal, and you cannot say No, your business will definitely fail.

That's right this is mostly for debtors and those that wants to buy on credit. You would run the business at a loss

Harsh but often true. A necessary ‘no’ protects your vision, resources, and the core value you offer. Without it, you work for everyone but yourself.

Very true, when it comes to running a business, you will definitely offend people. If you want to please everybody, then you might end up falling your business.
