My neighbour in the year 2017 used a person to discharge his sewerage water illegally towards my house. I filed a case against him and got a drain dug which is yet to be made into a concrete drain. My neighbour is building a new house whose sewerage pipe he has attached to this incomplete drain. The contractor appointed by the city municipality is ordering him to build his own pit and trying to extract money from him. He had a planed to harass me years back which is coming back to him now.
