My neighbour in the year 2017 used a person to discharge his sewerage water illegally towards my house. I filed a case against him and got a drain dug which is yet to be made into a concrete drain. My neighbour is building a new house whose sewerage pipe he has attached to this incomplete drain. The contractor appointed by the city municipality is ordering him to build his own pit and trying to extract money from him. He had a planed to harass me years back which is coming back to him now.

Yes, he is reaping what he had sowed but until the drain is complete I have to keep reminding the municipality to complete it.

He is educated, a retired assistant manager of an Insurance company. He is still my neighbour, a person who likes doing things in the wrong way. Maybe he was a very dishonest manager.

Oh my God, what a wasted profession. He's a retired manager but lacking manners. I agree with you that the time he still worked he was dishonest. He might have hampered the commissions of the insurance underwriters.

In my city and entire India some government officials are very dishonest and always go the wrong way.
