The report said that India has begun the second round of talks with France to buy 26 Rafale Marine aircraft for its aircraft carriers.
Reports said India is pushing France to lower its asking price after the French offer for the jets exceeded $6 billion (Rs 50,000 crore). The jets are expected to be based at INS Dega in Visakhapatnam and will operate from INS Vikrant and INS Vikramaditya.
