India's deal with France to buy 114 more Rafale fighter jets by 2026 is a big step in updating its air force. What I think matters most is that this not only makes India stronger defensively but also deepens its bond with France. It's cool how India is trying to balance its military strength given problems in the region, especially with China and Pakistan. The Rafale has already proven it can hold its own in fights, so this buy is reassuring. To me, the main thing is that this purchase is a long-term bet on India's safety and how it looks to the rest of the world. Seems like India is making a bold move toward being more self-reliant militarily
