Indian companies are cheating their employees to cheat their customers.

Big companies like " Reliance retail" and "Eureka Forbes" are cheating their employees to cheat their customers. "Reliance retail" have made it mandatory for delivery boys to deliver goods within 10 to 30 minutes of order which is not possible. Result the delivery boys ask for the delivery code to show goods delivered without delivering them. Often they fail to deliver all the items or deliver damaged items but insist on the payment. If the customer pays he is cheated as the payment goes directly to Reliance retails business account and you rarely get the refund or the product.
Eureka Forbes services are very bad. If we lodge a complaint for they just give a call but don't attend fast. They are late and insist on canceling the complaint citing none payment because of the delay. Now here again the customer gets cheated. He has to bear the burden of lies and also prompt service.

That's not fair, i think the issue should be reported to the authorities, i believe if there are mass reports about this, the authorities won't be able to keep quite about it as well.

They're cheating even in broad daylight. What a shame and a slap on their faces thick face scammers. They won't last. Soon they will be caught and pay the pride.
