Just yesterday, someone entered my compound to cut away the electricity cable that I use to tap electricity from the neighbouring house. A very long and quality cable that would cost me $20 to replace. And many other people are experiencing similar things.

This happened to me years back and we had to replace the wire. The cost of wire/ cable wasn't that high but now it is.
