Inflation, savings and starving

The way prices are rising every other day it's becoming difficult to make two ends meet. Earlier Rs. 150 to 200 was enough for a week's vegetables but now I have to spend Rs.500. This have made saving money almost impossible. In India the common man may have to die hungry as after retirement most Indians wouldn't be getting any pension.

Because of inflation, it can sometimes be impossible to save. Prices are increasing, yet salaries are not keeping up. Surviving is clearly difficult.

How could that be possible retirees don't receive their pension. That is their money They accumulated it from their work while they were still active in their work. What happened to their money being deducted from their salary?

We are still getting our pension but the Modi government is decreasing it every year. However the government employees now in India will not get pension after they retire but the politicians/ministers will get a pension, their whole salary after they retire. This is total injustice.

You are right. Moreover in India a person is not allowed to hold two jobs.
