I am replying to the enquiries which I receive, and I find that the prospective domain buyer does not reply, allegedly because the emails are being diverted and robbed. What can I do to prevent the diversion and theft of emails, leads, orders?

The issue of emails being stolen is very serious. You must plan for good security. First, make sure your email provider has two-factor authentication. Second, set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain. This will eliminate spoofing. Also, scan your devices regularly to remove malware and keyloggers. Avoid using public wifi without a VPN. If you use a CRM or sales platform, leads are tracked properly and orders are not lost. This is the way to prevent diversion and theft.

Some corrupt government employees are making fake allegations of national security to rob the emails/leads so that they can sell them, and also to cause losses.
That maze game of corrupt officials is like a desert with thieves hiding water claiming national security when in fact they want to steal emails and leads to sell and cause huge losses. It's like running a shady business pretending to protect the country but destroying people and the system. As the Chinese say, a single drop of water can dig a stone. So even a small lie can destroy great trust and leave society struggling without real help.
