Corporate SEO doesn't always flop because the plan is bad. A lot of times, it's stuff inside the company that nobody sees. For me, the biggest thing is that how a company works can really mess things up for SEO.
What I see a lot is that the marketing, developers, and bosses don't chat enough and don't agree on what to do. It's wild, but even if they have the money, things get stuck because of slow decisions and people not wanting to change.
To me, companies need to get that SEO isn't just the digital team's job, it needs everyone working together. If they can fix the problems inside, then corporate SEO can actually work well for a long time.
