Internet connection disrupted during agitations

If there are riots, protests or other agitations, the internet connection is disrupted in some countries. Do you find that the internet connection, especially mobile internet is not working when there is some disturbance in your area?

No, it is not happening in my country. We also have many internet providers, almost 100 providers. But all belong to the umbrella of Philippine Long Distance Telephone ( PLDT).

No this rarely happens, only in a few occasions where the issue is related to a top official, like the president or someone with high influence.

The internet connection especially wifi connection was not working properly for almost 6 days here when there were some protests in some other part of the city.
