Internet connection on smartphone not working

Suddenly the internet connection on one of my smartphones stopped working without any reason, though I had paid for it. What could be the reason for the internet connection failure on the smartphone?

There might be a problem of your network or your phone hangs up. There are cases like that unavoidable. At least it was back to normal the next day.

Glad that it was back the next day. It had happened once with me. My phone hanged up. I had to restart and reset everything.
I am sorry that your smartphone was hacked. What makes you think that it was hacked? Hope that all is well and secure now.
