What is always discussed mostly in forums business in big cities or urban areas. Business and investment in rural areas were seldom mentioned. When someone invests in rural areas, it is a big help to the people there especially if the investment is small-scale agriculture and inclusive rural development. With the inflation the world is facing this time once an investor decides to do business in a rural area, he is also helping the people to solve their long-term problems of hunger, and youth unemployment. There might be other kinds of investment that could help the people in the rural areas.

The people in the rural area will surely feel their progress in economy. Many young people will get employment thus helping their families sustain for a living. There is also less pollution in the rural areas compared to big cities and highly urbanised places.

There are actually lots of opportunities in the rural areas today though is just that most people are just so focused in investing in urban areas that they fail to see this.

Only gutsy male investors could afford to invest in a rural area especially if it's all about agriculture. It requires bigger capital. He needs to buy a property in that place where agriculture investment occurs. It also requires time, proper handling, patience and commitment.

That's true though but it also depends though. Like over here, there are some rural places where things are actually cheaper so you can spend less in buying a land and property.

Agree also here the land properties are cheaper compared to prices in the city. The people in the community are also supportive. They're always ready to protect one's investment.

There's no prejudice investing in a rural area like clothing boutique. They are in need of this kind of business. When there's a wedding, graduation, or Christmas party, the rural residents may opt to rent clothes they like. They may also request a style they like. It's good to invest in a rural area.

Buy and sell of livestock is also a profitable business in the rural areas. Their livestock their are healthy free from toxic environment so people in the city will prefer to buy livestock from the rural area for their meat consumptions.

I think what we discuss in this forum is not only for urban areas, but also for rural areas. Even now the internet can be accessed in high areas so they can invest from anywhere. In rural areas there is also business potential, so if you have capital and intend to invest in rural areas, you can not only invest in agriculture and animal husbandry but also in the trade sector, for example if you open a grocery store that you design to be similar to a mini market.

I told my sister to manage a store like a mini market store in the rural area but she told me that the mayor prioritized only investors from their town no outsiders. Maybe, we need a backer.

Investing in rural areas is an excellent idea, especially because there aren't many stores there. For example, in the province where I live, there are few eateries/restaurants, so starting one can be a lucrative business idea.
That is right, and we can also help people who are in need of something and they find it hard to go to a far store It is better to invest in a rural area.
