No, I have not experienced nor observed an investment company not paid or never paid an interest. There might have been problems why such happened in your location.

It has happened several times, the best course of action to take would be to find out from the company why they have stopped paying.

That is also a good suggestion to ask personally the management why failed to pay the interest. It is not good to ignore the obligation.. It defames the business reputation.
it is to find out why they have stopped paying interest and if possible stop investing with them if they are turning fraudulent
