According to an İsraeli analyst, Beni Sabati, he spoke to 103FM about the possibility of a strike on Iran. He believes the best time for an attack is now. He claims Ayatollah Khamenei is in hiding and unable to celebrate Ramadan properly. Sabati noted that the situation is extremely uncertain. He emphasized that Israeli residents and politicians don't know what to expect. "It's best not to cancel anything in life. Even simply continuing to operate is already a defeat for the enemy," the expert said. According to Sabati, the regime's situation is deteriorating.
The report stated that some believe the regime can survive without Khamenei. But Khamenei is the glue that holds all loyal elements of the government together. Loyalty is key. Revolutionary Guard Corps generals have assets abroad and aren't afraid to betray the regime. The expert added that the next regime won't necessarily be worse. The analyst emphasized that the strike must be carried out as soon as possible. The Iranians just need to say 'yes' to the West. Trump has taken a big step and won't be able to back down. There's a window of opportunity now. Otherwise, it won't benefit anyone.

The report said that recently, the US Treasury imposed fresh Iran-related sanctions, targeting six Iranian officials responsible for the Islamic Republic's brutal crackdown on its own people. Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni and the head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization, Majid Khademi, are among those blacklisted by the United States over their roles in the massacre. Hamid Damghani, commander of the IRGC in Gilan; Mehdi Hajian, commander of the Law Enforcement Forces in Kermanshah province; Hossein Zarei Kamali, commander of the Ansar al-Hussein IRGC unit in Hamedan; and Ghorban Mohammad Vali-Zadeh, commander of the Seyyed al-Shohada IRGC in Tehran, are other individuals added to the Treasury's blacklist. The sanctions also targeted Iranian tycoon Babak Zanjani, a criminal Iranian investor who previously embezzled billions of dollars in Iranian oil revenue that rightfully belonged to the Iranian people and was never fully recovered.

Additionally, the Treasury also designated two digital asset exchanges linked to Zanjani that have processed large volumes of funds associated with IRGC-linked counterparties. The report also said that the EU has decided to add the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran to the EU terrorist list. This means that: all IRGC assets in EU member states will be frozen, and EU operators will be prohibited from making funds available to the IRGC.
