Is a little exaggeration part of advertising practices?

When you look at most adverts done by businesses and brands, you discover that they hype and exaggerate their products just a little. Some outrightly lie though.

But for those small hypes and exaggeration in adverts for products/services, is it unethical?
 
You can hype but you don't exaggerate. Making an exaggeration might lead to telling lies about your products.
Yes that's how it should be done but its so unfortunate that people tend to exaggerate in their hyping these days.
 
I always get to know when a product is being hyped and when it is being exaggerated. I would never buy any product that the advert is exaggerated.
