Influencer marketing has become the order of the day when it comes to online business and e commerce. Most times, influencers don't state if their content endorsing a particular product or business is sponsored.

Does the law in your country require that influencers should disclose sponsored posts?

Am not sure though, but i think it depends on the kind of contract they are going into. There are some where they are not allowed to let people know.

Influencers have a legal obligation to clearly disclose any material connection they have with a brand or product they are endorsing, as emphasized by the Advertising Practitioners Registration Act
