Is body language important in business?

body language really does matter in business. You can tell a lot about a person just by how they sit or listen. A good smile or open posture can do more than a whole speech sometimes. It’s those small details that make people feel comfortable working with you.
 
There are symbolic and meaningful gestures like eye winking, clapping of the hands to mean appreciation, sharing sign language of love or nodding the head to mean approval. It's so overwhelming.
 
Yes, it is so true, and these businesses that have owners and staff with long faces should not expect customers to come back. They will boycott the business.

There is a store here near home, and the owner is arrogant and unfriendly. I noticed that her store only has a very few customers, more or less 5 people daily .
