Yes, corruption is definitely a malpractice that involves dishonest or unethical behavior, usually by people in power, for personal gain. Corruption undermines trust, fairness, and development in societies, and it is harmful to individuals and communities. So, it is recognized as a wrongful and damaging practice. Holding individuals accountable and promoting integrity are key to fostering a fair and just society.

Unfortunately, corruption can be a significant issue in politics worldwide. It undermines democratic processes, erodes public trust, and hinders development. However, many countries and organizations work hard to promote transparency, enforce laws, and empower citizens to hold leaders accountable. We need to be informed and involved as citizens and play a big role in pushing for a change.

Through social media, online petitions, and awareness campaigns, they expose corrupt practices, demand transparency, and mobilize communities. Digital activism plays a crucial role in holding leaders accountable and promising good governance. It is inspiring to see how technology empowers people to make a difference.

In our current generation, corruption has become something that is so common, most people don't see it as an offence which is a pity.
Agree, corruption is everywhere. When I exchanged my US dollar to pesos, I was shocked. One dollar is P56, but when it was exchanged, the money exchanger got almost one half of the total amount. I told him he is corrupt and I got back my US dollar and exchanged it in the bank which gives a fair exchange.

Corruption if tolerated can hinder progress of a nation if its leader the corrupt. There's money to corrupt, so instead for spending it to infrastructures for example, money is secretly transferred to his account.

Truly corruption is malpractice in it's true nature but over time it started becoming the norm and in our today's world corruption is seen as something of great value making the honest and righteous doings becoming more like a shameful thing to do or talk about.

Corruption is clearly a serious issue. It involves the theft of public funds, which are meant to be used for the benefit of society. Instead of serving the people, corrupt officials use tax money to support their luxurious lifestyles, even though many people are suffering. They do not care.

Corruption is like a disease hard to cure. It could be cured only if the corruptors land in jail. There are so many of them in politics. They aren't afraid of karma.
Very true, it is like a disease that keeps spreading over time without you actually knowing, and extremely hard to cure once it has eaten deep.

Corruption is the hot issue this time in my country. There are so many of them in the politics from the House of Representative to the Senate. What a shame. There's an ongoing protest now in Manila. Our government under Marcos is weak unlike in the Duterte administration, corruption didn't exist. This time it's back and the next presidential election is 2028, too long to wait for the next president.

This is also the issue here in my country as well, corruption has eaten deep into the system am not even sure the next election would bring in someone better.

Corruption is like a disease hard to cure the only medicine is jail them all. Greedy politicians are just lurking around waiting for millions to keep under their names. But they will not forever keep their evil doings.
