If it happens in a company or business, it will raise questions for the tenured employees. Many will protest or consult the management about the special treatment of the newly hired employee. In what sense is raising the salary of the newly hired company? It is somewhat fishy. Others may think that the said employee is the mistress of the manager, or is being bribed by the well-off family or relatives. There could be a politician behind this issue.

Well, it indeed happens at my workplace, the newly hired employee has a higher salary than those tenured with high qualifications like M.A., Ph.D., MBA, and licensed tenured architects and engineers, and more. It was learned that the newly hired employee with a salary above others was the mistress of the Boss, is the boss and the newly hired employee were removed as per order by the head office. Karma to the bones in this digital age. There is the people’s power to remove an indecent and unethical boss.

There needs to be a reason as to why there is an increase in the salary. If there is no reasonable reason for this, then something must be going on.

If it is a private business, the decision to raise pay or not is the perogative of the business owner. And he owes no one no explanation. It is very ethical b

Something was not right, the said employee was just a pure graduate from a 4-year course, and because of her face, she was pursued by the manager and became his mistress, which is why he played favoritism, which is significantly wrong. they were both fired by the management.
