Many households that have nannies and caregivers install CCTV cameras to monitor the activities of these employees.

Is it ethical to monitor a nanny or caregiver with a CCTV camera. What are the transparency issues associated with it?

As far as they have full knowledge that their activities are monitored by a CCTV camera, there is nothing unethical about it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with this, the most important thing is that they are aware of the cameras then there shouldn't be an issue.
