Is it greed that kills partnership business fastest?

I have seen many partnership businesses fall apart. And it is always mostly because of disagreements that have to do with money and sharing formula. Is it greed and selfishness that kills partnership businesses the most?

Just greed to me,if you are selfish and cant vet enough of what you have your greedy will be hight than before thinking you own something
