Nowadays because of so much reasons related to the poor economic stabilities especially in my country it's very difficult to run your own business and people now run to the employment for jobs.

We are the master of our decisions. Having a boss at the work place does not give guarantee camaraderie with the workers. There are snob and feeling high bosses. It's better for us to make ourselves rich than the company having a malicious boss. My boss is toxic but she knows my impulse, she never dares to attack me or else she'll regret. My colleagues and I already drafted for her removal.
