Is it normal to work overtime

Since the cost of things we need in our daily lives keep increasing, this makes some people desperate of working to get money and take care of their selves, some people often work overtime to increase the amount of money they received. Is this normal to do, does it has an effect on someone?

No is not good. The reason why am saying this is when you work over time you with not have time or attention to your family including your child and your wife also so working over time is not good probably and it is a problem.

It's not normal, human body is not machine's, just that we do it to have enough to care for our needs.

Yes, is the brother for what you said human body is not a machine even machine when it work he will need to race so what about human body it also need to race probably when we work we need to race so that are body can work and also stands well.

Some people do not have a choice but to work overtime. They have to support their families that is why. It is okay to do it but not often. Make sure to still have a work-life balance.

Working overtime is not convince to some employees. At times someone need to rest after a lot of work in the office or else where. Working overtime can cause inadequate proper work because overtime work can bring stress,fatigue or dizzy and this may cause problem to the worker.
