There are some customers that businesses lose simply because they didn't treat the customer properly. Is there a way to get back such customers that you lost because you didn't treat them well? What strategy would win back those customers?
 
Yes, of course, you can get back the sympathy of the customers treated poorly through your sincerity. Being sincere to them and making amends for what you have done can soften their feelings and will not hesitate to give you a second chance.
